प्रियंका गांधी के बेटे रायहान वाड्रा की प्रदर्शनी से 74 तस्वीरें हटाने के मामले में बीकानेर हाउस ने बयान जारी किया है। जानें तस्वीरें हटाने पर प्रबंधन ने क्या कहा, रायहान ने क्या आरोप लगाए और प्रियंका गांधी ने कैसी प्रतिक्रिया दी।

Raihan Vadra Photos Row UPDate : दिल्ली के बीकानेर हाउस में प्रियंका गांधी के बेटे रेहान वाड्रा की फोटो एग्जिबिशन से तस्वीरें हटाए जाने पर मचे बवाल के बाद आखिरकार बीकानेर हाउस मैनेजमेंट की ओर से आधिकारिक बयान आ गया है। मैनेजमेंट ने रेहान वाड्रा के उन दावों पर सफाई दी है, जिनमें उन्होंने आरोप लगाया था कि प्रदर्शनी शुरू होने से ठीक पहले उनकी 74 तस्वीरों को हटा दिया गया था। संस्था का कहना है कि यह कदम नीतिगत कारणों से उठाया गया है।

Raihan Vadra Exhibition: बीकानेर हाउस ने क्या कहा?

बीकानेर हाउस मैनेजमेंट सोसाइटी ने गुरुवार को एक औपचारिक बयान जारी कर अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट की:

• मैनेजमेंट ने कहा कि बीकानेर हाउस कला और संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने वाला एक सार्वजनिक संस्थान है।
• परिसर में आयोजित होने वाली सभी प्रदर्शनियों को सोसाइटी के दिशा-निर्देशों और तय नीतियों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।
• बयान के मुताबिक, रेहान वाड्रा की प्रदर्शनी ‘नो आइडिया इज फाइनल’ (No Idea Is Final) की कुछ तस्वीरें संस्था की नीति के अनुरूप नहीं थीं, इसीलिए उन्हें हटाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• सोसाइटी ने यह भी साफ किया कि जो तस्वीरें नीतिगत मानकों पर खरी उतरीं, उन्हें प्रदर्शनी में बने रहने दिया गया है।

रेहान का आरोप: 105 में से हटाई गईं 74 तस्वीरें, तिरंगे की फोटो पर भी विवाद

• इससे पहले रेहान वाड्रा ने आरोप लगाया था कि बुधवार शाम प्रदर्शनी के प्रीव्यू से ठीक कुछ घंटे पहले उन्हें 105 में से करीब 75 तस्वीरें हटाने का अल्टीमेटम मिला था।
• रेहान के अनुसार, ये तस्वीरें दिल्ली में हाल ही में हुए युवा और राजनीतिक प्रदर्शनों का एक कलात्मक दस्तावेज थीं।
• उन्होंने दावा किया कि हटाई गई तस्वीरों में दो ऐसी भी थीं जिनमें भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज (तिरंगा) दिख रहा था।
• रेहान का आरोप है कि जब वे वहां मौजूद नहीं थे, तब कर्मचारियों ने इनमें से एक तस्वीर को दीवार से हटा दिया।

VIDEO | PTI Exclusive: Artist and photographer Raihan Vadra, the son of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Robert Vadra, on Thursday said the Bikaner House administration pulled down many of his pictures of the recent Delhi protests ahead of a solo exhibition.

Raihan Vadra says, “My show, ‘No Idea Is Final’, was supposed to start at 7PM yesterday at Bikaner House. Twenty-four hours before the opening, I was approached by the Bikaner House management and told that some of the pictures might be objectionable or against their policy. I said that I did not believe they were, but I was happy to discuss the matter and asked them to get back to me in writing, explaining what the concerns were…Then, at around 12.30 pm, we received a call from the Deputy Resident Commissioner saying that I had to remove 70 of the 105 photographs in the exhibition because they were allegedly against the policy… After all, it was their venue. In any case, after reviewing their policy, I had already set aside and removed images that contained overtly political slogans… He explained that the context of the protests and everything happening in Delhi was what made the artwork political, and that I had to remove the photographs… Once we had removed them, the officials came back to inspect the exhibition and said that the arrangement still did not work. They sent me an email saying that I had to remove some more photographs as well. So I took them down, and they told me to leave them aside… Afterwards, they came back and said that I had to remove the two photographs of the Indian flag as well. I said, ‘But they are just pictures of the Indian flag. I do not think there is anything in your policy that says photographs of the Indian flag have to be removed’. At that point, I firmly told them to put their demand in writing if they wanted me to remove the photographs of the Indian flag. They did not send me anything in writing. They left one photograph in place, but while I was at home changing for the opening, they removed the other photograph of the Indian flag themselves. I have a video of them doing that.”

प्रियंका गांधी का पलटवार: 'सत्ता का डर और लोकतंत्र की हत्या'

• इस पूरे घटनाक्रम पर प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने बेहद तल्ख टिप्पणी करते हुए बीकानेर हाउस के कदम को "बेतुका" बताया।
• प्रियंका ने कहा कि तस्वीरों में कोई टिप्पणी या अपमानजनक सामग्री नहीं थी, यह सिर्फ विरोध प्रदर्शनों का एक विज़ुअल रिकॉर्ड था।
• उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि आज देश में युवाओं और कलाकारों की आवाज को दबाया जा रहा है।
• प्रियंका ने सोशल मीडिया पर अपने बेटे का हौसला बढ़ाते हुए लिखा कि जब सत्ता में बैठा व्यक्ति अभिव्यक्ति से डरने लगता है, तो वह अपनी ही जमीन खो बैठता है।

No Idea Is Final: प्रदर्शनी जारी

तस्वीरें हटाए जाने के विवाद के बावजूद ‘No Idea Is Final’ प्रदर्शनी जारी है। मामले में बीकानेर हाउस ने अपना पक्ष नीति के आधार पर रखा है, जबकि रायहान और प्रियंका ने तस्वीरें हटाने के फैसले पर सवाल उठाए हैं। विवाद के केंद्र में यही अंतर है कि संस्थान इसे अपनी नीति का मामला बता रहा है और रायहान इसे विरोध प्रदर्शनों के दृश्य दस्तावेज से जुड़ा मुद्दा मानते हैं।
