VIDEO: जेल से निकलते ही ED ने किया अरेस्ट तो छलका आजम खान का दर्द, बोले- 'ये मुसलमान होने की सजा है..'

Azam Khan ED Arrest: 11 महीने बाद रामपुर जेल से बाहर आते ही ED ने सपा नेता आजम खान को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। भावुक आजम ने इसे 'मुसलमान होने की सजा' बताया।

Azam Khan ED Arrest Video: रामपुर जेल के बाहर शनिवार को हाई-वोल्टेज ड्रामा देखने को मिला। समाजवादी पार्टी (SP) के वरिष्ठ नेता आजम खान 11 महीने बाद जेल से बाहर आ रहे थे, लेकिन खुली हवा में सांस लेने से पहले ही जेल के गेट पर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की टीम ने उन्हें हिरासत में ले लिया। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट से दो पैन कार्ड मामले में जमानत मिलने के बाद आजम और उनके बेटे अब्दुल्ला आजम की रिहाई हो रही थी, लेकिन ED की इस अचानक कार्रवाई ने सबको चौंका दिया। गाड़ी में बैठाए जाने से पहले ED के अधिकारियों और आजम खान के वकीलों के बीच तीखी नोकझोंक भी हुई।

ED ने किया अरेस्ट, तो भावुक हुए आजम खान

जब ईडी ने आजम खान को जेल से बाहर आते ही अरेस्ट किया, तो वो काफी इमोशनल हो गए। उन्होंने अपना दर्द बयां करते हुए कहा, 'अब कहने को क्या है? यह मुसलमान होने की सजा है। गलती सिर्फ यह है कि एक मुसलमान ने यूनिवर्सिटी बनाई। यह हमारा गुनाह है।' गिरफ्तारी के वक्त जब एक समर्थक उन्हें टिफिन देने लगा, तो अधिकारियों ने उसे भी रोक दिया।

जेल के बाहर दिखीं दो बिल्कुल अलग तस्वीरें

रिहाई के बाद एक ही सड़क पर दो अलग-अलग नजारे थे। एक तरफ ED के अधिकारी आजम खान को अपनी कार में बैठाकर ले जा रहे थे। वहीं दूसरी तरफ, उनके बेटे अब्दुल्ला आजम समर्थकों के साथ एक खुली सफेद कार में अपने घर की ओर निकले, जहां उनके समर्थकों ने खुशी में आतिशबाजी भी की। अब्दुल्ला आजम ने रिहाई के बाद भावुक होकर कहा, 'मेरे पास जन्म के वीडियो और अस्पताल के सारे रिकॉर्ड थे, फिर भी मुझे जन्मतिथि के मामले में 7 साल की सजा भुगतनी पड़ी। शायद मेरा नाम अब्दुल्ला नहीं होता, तो मैं अपना सच साबित कर पाता। मेरे पिता को सिर्फ बच्चों के लिए यूनिवर्सिटी बनाने का सपना देखने की सजा मिली है।'

आजम खान के अरेस्ट होने पर अखिलेश यादव का रिएक्शन

आजम खान की इस गिरफ्तारी से जहां उनके समर्थक नाराज दिखे, तो वहीं सपा प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव ने भी इस पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि बीजेपी सरकार से न्याय की उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती।

आजम खान को ED ने क्यों गिरफ्तार किया?

ED आजम खान को मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग (Money Laundering) के एक बड़े मामले में गाजियाबाद कोर्ट में पेश करने वाली है। ईडी का आरोप है कि मौलाना मोहम्मद अली जौहर ट्रस्ट (जिसके चांसलर आजम खान हैं) द्वारा बनाई गई जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी के निर्माण में 416.14 करोड़ रुपए की वित्तीय अनियमितताएं की गईं। पुलिस में दर्ज 26 FIR के मुताबिक, यूनिवर्सिटी के लिए किसानों की जमीनें जबरन छीनी गईं। इसके अलावा, 34 एकड़ 'शत्रु संपत्ति' (Enemy Property) पर भी अवैध कब्जा किया गया, जिसे अब प्रशासन ने वापस ले लिया है। जांच में सामने आया है कि सरकारी ठेकेदारों का पैसा घूम-फिरकर ट्रस्ट में चंदे के रूप में वापस आ गया। हद तो तब हो गई जब रामपुर नगर पालिका की सफाई मशीनें भी यूनिवर्सिटी में इस्तेमाल होने लगीं। इन गड़बड़ियों के चलते ED ने यूनिवर्सिटी की करीब 426 करोड़ रुपए की संपत्ति को अटैच (कुर्क) कर लिया है, जिसकी बाजार कीमत 1170 करोड़ रुपए है।

2016 का बुलडोजर और लूटपाट का मामला

इन आर्थिक आरोपों के अलावा आजम खान पर 2016 के कुछ बेहद गंभीर मामले भी हैं। ED ने 28 ऐसी FIR को अपनी जांच में शामिल किया है, जिनमें आरोप है कि आजम खान के इशारे पर वक्फ संपत्तियों में रहने वाले किरायेदारों के घरों पर बुलडोजर चलवाए गए। लोगों के साथ मारपीट हुई, उनके पैसे और जेवर लूटे गए और टूटे हुए घरों का मलबा उठाकर जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी में भरवा दिया गया। इसी साल 13 अक्टूबर को पुलिस ने उनके खिलाफ आपराधिक साजिश और भ्रष्टाचार के तहत एक और नया केस दर्ज किया है।
